Please note we are receiving large numbers of enquiries at the moment, and we are doing our best to reply to them all as soon as possible. 

It may take a number of days for us to get back to you; however, please be assured that we have logged your enquiry and will provide feedback as soon as we can. We are working efficiently to reply to all our customers, so please do not send additional enquiries, nor call us.

We understand that you may be concerned at this time and we promise to support you as best we can. In the meantime, please review our FAQs as these may assist you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I HEARD THAT AN EVENT HAS BEEN/ WILL BE CANCELLED 

You will be informed by e-mail of event cancellations or rescheduling in due course time. We can only pass on information about events once we have been informed by the event organizer, which may be at short notice. 

If you have not yet received an e-mail from us, we do not have any information from the event organizer.

I WANT TO KNOW IF AN EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE

We would kindly ask you not to submit individual enquiries regarding cancellation or rescheduling of events. We will automatically inform all ticket holders of any changes (including new dates or refund processes) as soon as we receive the necessary information from the event organisers.

Please also have an eye on official accounts of the artist/ organizer (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Website).

As there is such a vast number of enquiries, we cannot reply to individual inquiries regarding cancellation or rescheduling of events & you will not receive an answer.

HOW WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK

If you have received an email informing you that your event has been rescheduled, you will have the opportunity to return your ticket for a refund. If you wish to return your ticket, please send an email to hallo@tickettoaster.de. It is important that you include your order number in your message (usually XXX-12345689) to ensure that we can promptly reply to your inquiry! 

Please note, that it is also possible to return single tickets. In this case, it is essential that you provide the seat numbers or the long ticket number. (14- 16 numbers; no letters).

PLEASE NOTE

If we have informed you that an event has been cancelled by the organizer without rescheduling, you will receive another email providing a status update and any refund details. The refund process typically starts automatically.

Refunds will be processed automatically using the financial process from which the order was paid.

Tickets bought at ticket boxes can only be refunded at the site of purchase.
